How far in advance do I need to book? If you have a specific jumper or party rental equipment in mind, it's best to reserve 2-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability. Otherwise, you can book anytime if you're flexible with the items for your event date.
* ๐ต What types of payments do you accept? For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept cash and all ATM cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks or other payment aps only what is stated.
*โDo you accept Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, Cash App, or other cash apps? โ We do not accept payments through anytype of cash apps such as Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, or Cash App. These methods are not secure and do not guarantee payment, nor do they ensure the safety of your personal information. As these apps are managed by third parties, they lack the necessary security measures to protect your data. Your security is our top priority!
* ๐ฒIs there a fee to use my credit card? Yes, there is a fee imposed by the merchant company, which is 2.9% plus a $0.30 transaction fee. (They charge us both to use their services )
* ๐ค Is a deposit required? Yes, we require a 25% deposit when you reserve items through us. The deposit validates your reservation.
* ๐ก๏ธ Do you charge to use your insurance? Yes, we do. The fee is just a small portion of the total cost we incur to maintain proper insurance coverage. It is crucial to choose a company that is properly licensed and insured to ensure the safety and reliability of your event. Remember, you get what you pay for, and opting for a reputable, insured provider offers peace of mind and quality assurance.
* ๐ Does the price of the jumper or rental equipment include setup, delivery and pickup? No, the delivery & pickup fee is extra. If you need more than one jumper or several items that require longer setup time, additional setup fee charges may apply. This will be assessed when we review your reservation.
* ๐ The rental period is for the day, what does that mean? The rental is for the same day of your event, not for 24 hours.
* โฐ What time do you deliver? We deliver for everyone between 7am-1pm. For pickup, you can choose a time between 4-8pm. If you need the rental overnight, we can leave it for an extra $25, and pick it up the next day between 7am-2pm.

๐ผโ๏ธ What is the cancellation fee? Our cancellation fee is 25% of the order total if you do not provide us with a 10-day cancellation notice. This fee is applied because we often turn away other customers to honor your reservation.
* ๐ธ What is your refund policy? As long as you give us a 10-day notice, you will not be charged for your reservation. If we do not receive a 10-day cancellation notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 25%.
*๐ฒIs there a refund if the reservation is canceled at delivery? If you decide to cancel after we've already arrived for delivery, you will be responsible for 50% of your reservation. This policy is in place due to the extensive preparation and man-hours invested in setting up your reservation.
* ๐ค What is your refund policy when all rental equipment has been set up? Once all rental equipment has been set up, refunds are not provided because the work has already been completed.
* ๐ง What if it rains? Do you give a refund? For safety reasons, we do not set up in adverse weather conditions such as rain or high winds. Please contact us to discuss alternative options, and be sure to check your local weather forecast. If the work has already been done and it rains at you event unexpectedly there are no refunds, because the work has already been done.
* ๐จ๐ผ๐งWho will set up my equipment? Our courteous and well-trained technicians will deliver and set up each piece of equipment. They will also provide instructions on operating concessions, if applicable, and work with you to ensure the safest and most practical setup location.
* ๐ฅ How long does setup take? Setup typically takes about 15-20 minutes for a single bouncer, but additional time may be required if you have reserved bigger or multiple items.
* ๐Does All 4 Fun Jumpers deliver on holidays? Holiday deliveries may be possible, but weather or other factors may affect our ability to do so. Holiday deliveries may also incur a holiday fee. Please contact our office at (951) 600-8011 for details.
* ๐ฆบ Are bouncers safe? Yes, bouncers are safe as long as there is adult supervision at all times. We prioritize safety by ensuring our inflatable play structures meet all fire and safety codes. Our bounce houses are industrial strength, consist of fire-retardant, lead-free vinyl and have netting on all sides for visibility and air circulation.
* ๐Are the jumpers or the rental equipment clean? ๐งผ Our jumpers and other rental equipment are carefully inspected, sanitized, and disinfected using cleaning solutions that sanitize up to 99.9% of germs. ๐ต๏ธโ๏ธ We use industry-leading techniques and equipment to remove dirt, debris, and germs effectively, ensuring that our jumpers are safe and hygienic for your enjoyment. ๐งฝ Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we take pride in providing clean and well-maintained equipment for your peace of mind. ๐
* ๐ฑ Will it damage my grass? No, our equipment will not damage mature grass. It might flatten or slightly yellow if rented for more than two days, but watering immediately helps. We will not place jump houses on sod (baby grass) as it will damage it. Please inform us if you have sod before we arrive.
* ๐ Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time? Yes, to keep your jumper or jump house inflated. No, if you don’t need it on because no one is using it. Our team will show you how to properly turn the blower or blowers off and on during setup, and you can always call us for instructions at (951)600-8011
* โก๏ธHow much electricity is needed? Our inflatable play structures plug into a standard 110V household outlet. Larger units may require 1-3 or more outlets on separate circuits (usually 3 different walls), please consult with an electrician for further advice. Your electricity must not be more than 50 feet away for us to plug into. We provide extension cords and ask that no other devices be plugged into the outlet we are using. If your event location lacks power, we can provide a generator for an additional cost.
*๐ What are the generator guidelines? If you have rented a generator from us, please ensure only our equipment is connected to it. Do not connect other devices such as cell phones, music, or appliances. DO NOT move the generator for the spot we set it up on. This helps maintain a stable power supply for your event.
*๐ซ I have my own generator? We do not guarantee the performance of customer-owned generators or from another rental companies and cannot ensure their compatibility with our blowers. As we are not familiar with how these units are maintained or serviced, we are unable to troubleshoot any issues with these generators. Therefore, customers are fully responsible for the functionality and compatibility of customer provided generators. We only take responsibility for the performance of generators provided by us.
* ๐ Can a delivery be made without me being home? No, a responsible adult must be present to guide us and help troubleshoot any issues that may arise during setup. This person must be an adult and capable of assisting us with the setup and equipment.
* ๐ท๏ธ Can coupons and special discounts be combined? We only allow one coupon or discount per event at the same location on the same day.
* ๐ต Do we offer discounts? Yes we honor and support or ๐๏ธTroops, Veterans, all ๐ First Responders such as: ๐ฉ๐ Firefighters, ๐ฎโ๏ธPolice officers, ๐ฉ๐ซ Teachers and all school district workers, including all healthcare workers too! ๐จโ๏ธ๐ฉโ๏ธ๐ฅ๐ฉบ๐๏ธ. Please call for details so that we can apply that amount to your reservation.
* ๐ณ What about parks? Do parks have electricity? Most parks do not provide electricity. We recommend calling your parks and recreation department for details. You can also read our blog post “How to Successfully Reserve a Bounce House at a Park” for more information.
* ๐ฆ Can I have a water slide at a park? Most parks do not allow equipment that requires water and will not provide water access. Please contact the parks and recreation department for more information and questions.
* ๐How do I find out the size of the rental equipment? When you select our products, tabs labeled details, additional info, size, and suitability will provide specific details. Please read the descriptions to ensure you choose the right jumper, water slide, or interactive game for your event. You can also call our office for assistance. * ๐ What type of ground do you set up on? We prefer to set up on healthy green grass at no extra charge. We also set up on concrete, asphalt, carpet, tile, wood floors, clean synthetic grass, and level pavers at no extra charge. Additional charges apply for dirty synthetic grass, dirt, dry grass, gravel, pea gravel, pebbles, sand, wood chips, mulch, and DG granite.
* ๐งWhat type of ground do you set Water Slides on? Water slides can be set up on healthy seasoned grass, concrete, asphalt, and clean synthetic grass. They cannot be set up on dirt, dry grass, DG granite, pebbles, pea gravel, sand, gravel, wood chips, or synthetic grass with granulated rubber pebbles. Please call our office for alternative options.
* ๐ Where can we see your rental contract and safety rules? Once you make a reservation, we will send you the rental contract and safety rules.
